    • Duties:



  • You will be working as a Front of House Receptionist, being the first point of contact for all guests and employees.

  • Managing a busy meeting room schedule, ensuring times are kept.

  • Ordering lunches for the staff and ensuring office stationery and refreshments are fully stocked.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and directing these appropriately.

  • Keeping the workspace clean and tidy at all times.


    • Is this you?



  • Previous experience within a customer service or Front of House role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well independently.

  • Hardworking, professional and driven individual.
