POSITIONOVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for adynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within theFront Office Department a Receptionist.

Our reception team is responsible foroverseeing the arrival and departure experience for our guests. This includesusing our PMS system, handling payments, invoicing, and having comprehensiveknowledge of all hotel facilities and rooms. As a Receptionist, you will play avital role in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our clients andbe ready to go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and welltaken care of during their stay. Dedication, consistency, and utmost diligenceare paramount for success in this role.

ENTRYREQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar preferred 
  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
