Responsibilities for the Receptionist will include: Greet and welcome visitors on arrival, directing them to the appropriate person depending on the nature of their visit Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception. What we are looking for in our ideal Receptionist:
Previous reception/ admin experience and excellent customer service and communication skills. MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) essential.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and create solutions to day-to-day problems as and when they arise.
