Receptionist in Leeds

Are you a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills? Are you looking for a temporary position as a Receptionist? Look no further! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is a company that work alongside a busy airport based in Yorkshire.

As a Receptionist/Customer service assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist all guests, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. You must have a UK driving licence and happy to park the customers cars in the on site garage.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing guests appropriately
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

This is a temporary position, offering an hourly rate of £11.44.

Working hours will be full-time

Days 6am-6pm

Nights 6pm-6am
