About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Portland Road Dental Clinic based in Hove.

    • Hours:  Monday - 08:15 - 17:15 and Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

    About You

    You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

    The main duties will include:

  • Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
