- Greeting visitors acting as first point of contact
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Managing deliveries/post and distributing to relevant staff
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Arranging refreshments for meetings
- Ordering office supplies
- Minute taking in meetings where required
- General administration
