Your new companyHays has partnered with a private sector organisation who are looking for a Receptionist on a temporary to permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.Your new roleThe role will assist the multidisciplinary team in their centrally based Bristol office. Standard hours vary, Monday to Friday. Pay for the role is £12.49 per hour + holiday. Main duties of the role include:
- Contacting members of the public to arrange appointments
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Manage email inbox
- Data entry on database
- Comply with data protection requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Free on-site parking
- Potential for permanent contract for the right candidate
