Receptionist in Bristol

We are looking for a temporary Receptionist to join our client's team!

Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy being the friendly face that greets visitors and handles calls with a smile? If yes, our client wants you on their team!

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Answering incoming calls and relaying messages accurately and efficiently ☎️
Providing general administrative support, including handling mail and scheduling appointments ✉️
Assisting with organising meetings and events
Maintaining the reception area and conference rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming environment

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Working Hours: Part-time

Contract Type: Temporary ⌛

Driving Required: No
