Reception Teacher

Hays is working with a four-form primary school that is larger than average.

This Ofsted rated ‘good’ school is situated in South Birmingham.

Teachers have high expectations of the behaviour of pupils; pupils respond accordingly.

They are calm, polite and helpful in and around the school.




Your new role


You will be joining a large school as a reception class teacher.

You will be required to carry out the duties of a full class teacher, including supporting assessment with planning, preparation and assessment.

The role is part-time (Monday-Wednesday) and is due to commence from September 2024.




What you'll need to succeed


You will need to be a qualified teacher (QTS).

The school are happy to take on an experienced teacher or NQTs/ECTs and it would be advantageous to have experience in EYFS.

You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills.


In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
