Hays are working with a Primary School in Solihull who is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their dynamic team.

As a Reception Teacher, you’ll play a role in shaping the early educational experiences of the young students.

You need to be able to design and deliver engaging lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning.

Get to know each child personally.

Celebrate their achievements, provide gentle guidance and create a safe space where they feel valued.

Share ideas and plan exciting activities.

What you'll need to succeed

A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

Experience and passion for early years education
