We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager to join our growing team at Sunset Hospitality Group – UK.

About the role

This is our first opening into the UK, we’re currently in our pre-opening phase preparing to open not one but three concepts in the heart of London’s Belgravia! The Reception Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences our guests receive, we’ll look to you to set the tone for the FOH operations, and lead the reception teams across our three brands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire our FOH team to ensure every guest is receiving a genuine warm and professional first and last impression.
• Ensure the highest levels of privacy and professionalism when dealing with high profile guests.
• Personal liaison for our VIP guests.
• Always client facing to develop relationships with regular guests.
• Train, develop and mentor the FOH team of hosts & hostesses.
• Ensure all FOH areas are kept in immaculate condition.
• Coordinate and manage the relationship with our external reservations team, ensuring the maximization of table occupancy.
• Contact for Concierge and Lifestyle Management companies to increase our brand exposure with their clientele.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Track record of leading a Reception & Reservations team in high-end venues.
• A passion for delivering memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to work across departments in a collaborative way.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to your career is essential.
