We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to join our Front of House Team at our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

  • Amazing opportunities tojoin the Front of House Team at The Londoner Hotel as a Reception Manager.
  • As a Reception Manager youwill be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the lobby operationensuring a high level of service is always maintained and expectations areexceeded.
  • As a Reception Manager yourfocus will be on service delivery, as guest satisfaction is paramount withinthis role.
  • You will be responsible forensuring you lead the lobby team to establish a highly motivated andwinning team.

About You:

  • Proventrack record of overseeing a busy reception as a reception supervisor or hotelduty management experience is required within a 4 or 5 Star hotel.
  • Previousexperience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force.
  • Beable to demonstrate previous experience of leading, coaching and developing ateam.
  • Itis essential you have excellent attention to detail and customer serviceskills.
  • Impeccablecommand of the English language both written and spoken.
