People2people are hiring a Receptionist to join a highly respected design business based in London. Working 5 days per week in the office, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors to the office, welcoming them in a professional and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing information Maintain a tidy and organised reception area Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as well as arrange catering and drinks for meetings when required. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence Booking and arranging with a courier to deliver important documents Assisting when the company hosts events for their clients Support the team with various office duties as needed Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all visitors and clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Someone who genuinely cares about the work they do and takes pride in the role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
