Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to start as soon as possible for a client of ours based in Warrington on a Freelance basis with a view of this going into a Permanent position. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Our client specialise in Social Housing projects across the Northwest and are currently managing massive contracts for County Councils and are growing at a very fast pace.
Requirements:
- An Extensive background in Social Housing/housing projects.
- Time served experience in complete end to end bathroom fitting & refurbishment projects
- Attention to detail and quality is a must
- Experience in working on full bathroom refurbishments
- Commercially astute and aware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK Drivers License
- Qualifications in relevant field
