Our client are a reputable M&E contractor who are part of a larger construction group in the North West. Projects they work on include residential and commercial schemes.

Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience working on a high volume small value projects
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- used to working in a fast paced environment
- Desire to work in the M&E sector
- Confident working independently
- M&E experience preferred but not essential
Duties will include:
- Commercially delivering a project from conception through to completion.
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Agreeing main contract sums.
- Managing variations and claims.
- Managing the cash flow.
- Procuring materials and subcontractors.
- Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
- Preparation of final accounts.
