As a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

Duties-            Working collaboratively as part of a team of costing and pre-construction professionals-            Simultaneously managing multiple projects over a range of clients whilst maintaining excellent standards of service-            Supervising the work of assistants and apprentices to help foster their professional development-            Working directly with the client contacts and managing relationships, being a key point of contactAbout You-            Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management-            Either a current Chartered Member, or a commitment to achieve Chartered Member status of the RICS-            Experience in providing quantity surveying projects and a proficiency in using role related software, such as CostX Measurement-            Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visitsSalary Details-            Competitive Salary-            Company Pension-            Holiday Allowance-            Benefits Package
