Vickerstock are proud to continue its partnership with a renowned, Top Tier Specialist Joinery and Fit-Out contractor on the appointment of a number of Quantity Surveyors.

They are looking for Quantity Surveyors with a range of experience (Junior, Mid and Senior).

The business has an exceptional reputation gained through working with several global clients on projects including prestigious commercial fit-outs, creative-themed attractions and world-class cruise ships.

Due to an impressive pipeline of upcoming projects, our client is seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Portadown.

Very limited travel is required for this role.

Your New Role as a Quantity Surveyor

Working closely with the Project Management team, you will play a key role in overseeing the commercial management of a range of diverse and upscale projects, engaging directly with clients face-to-face.

Using sound commercial acumen and strong technical skills, you will identify both risks and opportunities, as well as analyse a range of design, contractual and technical documents.

Junior Quantity Surveyors will be assisted to grow into the above skills.

What you need to succeed

The ideal candidate will hold a third-level qualification in a relevant discipline and have 3 or more years' experience in a similar role for mid and senior-level, people with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
