Our client are a well established main contractor who work on largescale new build / refurb projects across the UK.
An exciting opportunity has risen for a Quantity Surveyor with strong dispute resolution and contractual knowledge to join the team.

* Qualification in construction law will be beneficial but not essential.
* Happy to travel across the UK to different sites.
* Confident and personable individual who is happy to share best practice with the wider team.
Duties include: * Reporting to Directors of the business.
* Monitoring and supporting on contractual disputes across the business.
* Conducting risk analysis across projects across the business.
* Issuing notices to subcontractors and being the point of contact throughout the process.
