QA Auditor

Central London - Hybrid working

£60,000-£65,000 + bonus + benefits

Shirley Parsons are delighted to be working with a membership body based in the heart of London who are looking hire a QA Auditor in a senior position within the business.

The role will focus on conducting external second party audits, drive the internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) as well as the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Having knowledge of or experience in Benchmark Regulation or IOSCO principles is advantageous but not essential.

QA Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Help establish a centre of excellence for QMS and ISMS and ability to develop an integrated management system with auditing parameters
  • Conduct client audits
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements
  • Develop and implement audit plans and audit schedules
  • Support clients with the audit journey, including closing out any findings in line with company policy
  • Develop and produce audit reports and gap analysis documents
  • Assist with follow-up audits, as required
  • Able to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of customer service
  • Proven record of excellent project management skills
  • Support the overall Quality strategy for the business as required

QA Auditor Skills and Experience:

  • Auditor Certified - ISO27001 and/or ISO9001
  • IRCA registered, Chartered Quality Professional advantageous
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office suite including Teams and SharePoint
  • Benchmark Regulation (BMR) and IOSCO principles knowledge is advantageous
  • Familiar with Asana and Atlassian tool (JIRA service desk tool)
  • Experience auditing in the services / financial sector desired but not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Portfolio Management Experience desired
  • Excellent command of English language - especially in writing
