Qualitative Associate Director (Behavioural Science)

Location: North London – Hybrid Working

With a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple sectors, the Qualitative Associate Director role offers the opportunity to engage in innovative projects that shape brand strategies, enhance category performance, and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage various behavioral science-driven projects.
- Apply behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development.
- Conduct both traditional and online qualitative research.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth.
- Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with behavioral science frameworks (advantageous, not needed).
- Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in consultancy or agency environments.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience.
- Extensive qualitative research background with proficiency in diverse methodologies.
