Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker with Learning disabilities and community experience?

Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Bracknell Forest Council

The role being offered as a full time with a fantastic pay rate of £32 per hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Care Act assessments
• Safeguarding
• Arranging support upon discharge
• Level of knowledge and experience in the Adult Care Act
• Report writing
• Managing caseloads
• Essential visits

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work Qualification
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Regulated Activity DBS Disclosure Certificate
