Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Blackpool Council's Adult Community Team. This is a full time role, offering a fantastic pay rate of £30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Involve working with adults to identify and understand their support requirements and to meet these in a way that both maximises independence and helps prevent future need.
• Using person centred approaches this includes working with community and voluntary groups as well as utilising reablement and commissioned services.
• You will need to be confident and experienced in all Legislative Frameworks associated with Adult Social Care, linked to your social work practice.
• You will be able to work autonomously and bring with you excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Be confident in all areas of communication and have proven negotiation skills. We would value application from those who are keen to support and strengthen our community.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Enhanced DBS
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
