QC Analyst in UK

Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Control Specialist.

This role involves conducting chemical and physical tests on various substances, monitoring environmental conditions, maintaining laboratory equipment, and collecting samples for testing.

The ideal candidate will also assist with maintaining the laboratory and managing inventory.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical and physical tests on a variety of substances.
• Monitor environmental conditions in the laboratory.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly.
• Collect samples for testing and label them accurately.
• Assist in keeping the laboratory clean and organised.
• Help manage inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to conduct chemical and physical tests.
• Knowledge of environmental monitoring procedures.
• Experience in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
• Skills in collecting and labelling samples accurately.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organised laboratory.
• Experience in managing inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team goals.
