Our dynamic care home client in Cumnock is seeking an exceptional Care Home Chef with a valid PVG to join their team.Your rate of pay and hours of workOn offer is an hourly rate of up to £16, paid weekly, along with additional accrued holiday pay. This temporary role provides flexibility, with a variety of shifts available between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Sunday. So, you can tailor your schedule to suit your lifestyle!Your responsibilities in your new role as a Care Home ChefAs the Care Home Chef, you will play a crucial role in the facility, creating delicious meals for residents and helping with post-service cleanup. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of all dishes, while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations. Your culinary skills will be key to providing a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents.Your personality, experience and qualificationsTo excel in this role, you must have a proven track record as a Chef in a similar environment, along with a current PVG/DBS check or the ability to obtain one. Holding a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification would be advantageous.
