My client, a highly respected Watford estate agent is looking for an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER with at least 2 years Property Management experience to join their dynamic team.The successful candidate will ensure the management portfolio is carefully taken care of whilst working closely with the Director. The role will involve dealing with tenants, some of who may have issues with the Property they are renting, Landlords and contractors. Some of the interactions will be incredibly demanding and will need to be dealt with tactfully and with great diplomacy to achieve the right results. Being communicative is essential, being organised and thorough are key components to succeeding in this diverse PROPERTY MANAGER role. The Role will involve:Conducting Property inspections & Preparing Inspection reports Coordinating with contractors to undertake repairs Preparing properties for rental Dealing with the End-of-Tenancy process Preparation of Renewal Tenancy Agreements Send Landlords Tax Year Statements Update contractor Insurance records Manage out of hours maintenance Ad-hoc tasks Skills Required:Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to work under pressure Personable, proactive, helpful and a problem solver. Attention to detail Ability to multi task Excellent telephone manner and negotiating skills. Full driving licence and own car.
