Overview
Done Family Office oversees all matters relating to the wealth management for Fred Done and his family. The Done family are the owners of the Betfred group, the Peninsula Group plus other UK and internationally based companies.
The successful candidate would work within the Done Family Office, Property team, who are responsible for the asset management of a large portfolio of commercial and residential property located around the UK.
Responsibilities
• Tenancy Management
o Tenant liaison and dealing with maintenance and general tenant matters
o Maintaining tenancy data and documentation for all tenancies
o Liaison with property finance to ensure billings are made and rents collected
o Dealing with dept chasing and query resolution
• Property inspections
o Traveling to inspect properties (80% North West, 20% Nationwide
o Creating reports on property condition
• Property & Service Charge Management
o Responsible for the management of residential / commercial properties incl common areas
o Managing maintenance expenditure within budget guideline
o Instructing letting agents to market vacant properties
• Health & Safety
o Ensure Gas and Electrical testing and certification is carried out
o Ensure that all properties remain compliant to UK law
• Utility Administration (Gas, Elec, Water & council tax)
o Authorisation of vacant utility costs
o Assisting with the tendering utility contracts
• Maintenance / project work
o Dealing with incoming maintenance enquiries from tenants and various internal companies
o Liaison with suppliers and organising quotations for repair works
Skills & Experience
• Team player with good communication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong work ethic
• Good IT skills
• Clean UK driving licence
