What are we looking for?

We are looking for a smart and dedicated Property Manager to join our exiting Property Management team.

Responsibilities:nManage our Property Management Team to manage our long let landlords to meet City Relay’s growth objectives and success criterianBuilding Management and carry out inspections bi-yearlynResponsible for HMO compliance and licensing needsnInspection properties and ensuring all compliance requirements are up to date including FRAnReporting to landlords to ensure maintenance is dealt with correctly and promptlynProvide an exceptional service to landlords so our client satisfaction levels and review scores remain the strongest in the industrynDeliver prompt, thorough and positive communicationsnDealing with property financial records on Payprop and sending month end statementsnManage your landlords records in our CRM system, especially with regard to data accuracy, call records, email recordsnEnsure homeowner satisfaction by facilitating an exceptional onboarding experiencenWork alongside our Distribution and Reservation team to make sure landlords properties are listed promptly and accurately and to ensure maximum occupancynSupport on short let host management as requirednAssist the wider team with other tasks related to lettings and account management as needed to ensure we deliver the best outcomes and resultsnWork with teams across the business to find prompt and thorough solutions when things go wrongnWork with stakeholders in the business on other projects and strategies as requirednEnsure all our properties are compliant with safety requirements

Qualifications and Experience:n5+ years property management experience, ideally with lettings experiencenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnExcellent multitasking and time management skills with strong attention to detailnSelf motivated, driven and passionate about delivering successnA strong leadernA positive attitudenExcellent team player
