A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading multibranch independent lettings agency within their modern office in Battersea.
My clients have a lovely, close knit team and are looking for a Property Manager who can work within the team overseeing a portfolio of managed properties.

Property Manager – Benefits

Property Manager – Duties
- Managing reactive maintenance.
- Dealing with deposit returns
- Dealing with deposit disputes.
- Getting involved in serving section notices as required
- Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
- General Property Manager duties.
Property Manager – Experience Needed:
- Previous lettings / property management experience is essential.
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
