What are we looking for?

We are looking for a smart and dedicated Property Manager to join our exiting Property Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Property Management Team to manage our long let landlords to meet City Relay’s growth objectives and success criteria
• Building Management and carry out inspections bi-yearly
• Responsible for HMO compliance and licensing needs
• Inspection properties and ensuring all compliance requirements are up to date including FRA
• Reporting to landlords to ensure maintenance is dealt with correctly and promptly
• Provide an exceptional service to landlords so our client satisfaction levels and review scores remain the strongest in the industry
• Deliver prompt, thorough and positive communications
• Dealing with property financial records on Payprop and sending month end statements
• Manage your landlords records in our CRM system, especially with regard to data accuracy, call records, email records
• Ensure homeowner satisfaction by facilitating an exceptional onboarding experience
• Work alongside our Distribution and Reservation team to make sure landlords properties are listed promptly and accurately and to ensure maximum occupancy
• Support on short let host management as required
• Assist the wider team with other tasks related to lettings and account management as needed to ensure we deliver the best outcomes and results
• Work with teams across the business to find prompt and thorough solutions when things go wrong
• Work with stakeholders in the business on other projects and strategies as required
• Ensure all our properties are compliant with safety requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years property management experience, ideally with lettings experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Self motivated, driven and passionate about delivering success
• A strong leader
