Themis Recruit is looking for aProperty Disputes Solicitor for an international LawFirm.

The successful candidate will handle avariety of propertyrelated disputes providing expert legal adviceand representation to clients.

The ideal candidate will havesubstantial experience in property litigation exceptionalanalytical abilities and a proactive approach to managing complexlegal issues.


KeyResponsibilities


  • CaseManagement: Handle a diverse caseload of property disputesincluding landlord and tenant disputes boundary issues leaseholddisputes and property contractdisputes.
  • Legal Advisory: Provideclear and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range ofpropertyrelated issues.
  • Litigationand Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court tribunals andalternative dispute resolution forums including mediation andarbitration.
  • Document Preparation:Draft and review legal documents including pleadings witnessstatements and settlementagreements.
  • Client Relations:Maintain strong relationships with clients keeping them informed ofcase progress and advising on potential outcomes andstrategies.
  • Negotiation: Negotiatesettlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputesefficiently andeffectively.
  • Research: Conductthorough legal research to support case preparation andstrategy.
  • Compliance: Ensure allactions comply with relevant laws and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm contributingto the development and success of the property disputesteam.



Requirements

  • Education:Qualified solicitor.
  • Experience:Minimum of 4 years of postqualification experience in propertydisputes or propertylitigation.
  • Expertise: Strongknowledge of property law and litigation procedures. Experience inboth residential and commercial property disputes ispreferred.

Skills:


    • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Strong advocacy andnegotiation abilities.
    • Exceptionalwritten and oral communicationskills.
    • Ability to manage multiplecases and work underpressure.
    • Proficiency in using legalresearch tools andsoftware.



Education: Qualified solicitor.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years ofpost-qualification experience in property disputes or propertylitigation.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law andlitigation procedures.

Experience in both residential andcommercial property disputes is preferred.

Skills: Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong advocacy andnegotiation abilities.

Exceptional written and oral communicationskills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.

Proficiency in using legal research tools andsoftware.
