Are you seeking a new opportunity to work with young people within a supported accommodation service?

Working for an established provider of quality accommodation to people in need of safety and security we are seeking a Project Worker to join their team.

They provide housing services, support and resettlement.

The role:To engage creatively with the young people within a supported accommodation service for 16-24 year old's.

To offer the support to enable them to develop their strengths and talents, developing their skills to enable them to transform their lives into independent livingWork as a key-worker to a case load of residentsFacilitate the person centred plans to help them achieve their goals Deliver or facilitate group or one to one sessions with the residentsTo support and help empower residents to maintain their tenancy and keep up with any rent arrears.

The ideal Candidate:You will be proactive and have ideally worked in a similar setting before Your personable and resilient approach will be key as will your ability to engage with and support the residents with their journey to independent living.

You will be flexible to work on a rotas basis on day shifts which will include earlies, lates and evenings and 1 in 4 weekends.

You will be acting as role model to the young people and work with them to help develop and maintain positive relationships.
