Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Support Officer based in South Shields. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- Provide project support for the clients service management team, support tasks associated with managing complex projects.
- Support service and management with the development, implementation, co-ordination and control of a range of change management projects, including service planning & reviews.
- Support the use of business management tools and co-ordinate resources and individual budgets effectively
- Be accountable for the coordination of all project documentation, including effective record keeping and version control.
- Organise, plan and attend meetings and conferences as requested, involving internal colleagues and other stakeholders, including the creation of agendas and taking and distribution of minutes
- Manage and work with stakeholders and other organisations, updating workflows and spreadsheets as appropriate within time frames.
The candidate:
- Experience working project support in a previous role
- Experience working public sector (social care or education preferred)
- Experience managing stakeholder and management expectations
- Strong IT knowledge, including MS Office; Excel, Power Bi
