As a Project Support Officer, you will liaise closely with teachers to track and monitor progress, as well as provide one-to-one support to learners.

You will be required to support the Head of Department to make proactive actions to improve learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement and future employment.

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the enrolment process and deliver Information, advice and guidance sessions and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, promote and advertise scheduled courses and commit to administrative tasks relating to Rail Engineering.
