Due to ongoing work and an abundance of new properties secured, they now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for managing a team of people, and work closely with internal teams, manage budgetary constraints using forensic cost control techniques, provide mitigation strategies, have a good understanding of cost value reconciliation and have experience managing principal and subcontractor arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor who has worked within social housing before, and will hold a relevant degree or HNC, and ideally be a qualified member of RICS/CIOB but this is not essential.
