Due to the ongoing success and the expansion of our Rail Scotland portfolio, we are now looking to expand the Project Management team. The roles will have a base location primarily of Glasgow, however we operate a hybrid working model. These Project Management roles will be required to ensure the new project works associated with Scotlands Decarbonisation Programme and Capital Delivery Investment Schemes are assigned an Arcadis PM who will lead and manage a multi-disciplined design team ensuring the projects objectives are achieved.

Role accountabilities:

Accountable for delivery of a project or low number of projects with reasonable complexity and value to budget, quality and time metrics

Responsible for setting project delivery approach and plan in consultation with key stakeholders

Responsible for establishing project delivery plans and appropriate control mechanisms to assure delivery

Responsible for performance management of project team / resource

Act as a custodian or the Arcadis brand in all client interactions

Qualifications & Experience:

Successful experience in the UK Rail Industry

Relevant experience including management of small to medium sized project

Commercial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders

Expert level expertise in project management

Knowledge of own area managed and an understanding of wider programme and business Experience in managing business relationships at senior-management level
