Project Architects of North-Wales, this is your chance to join a thriving, busy Architectural practice with a really optimistic outlook for 2024 and beyond.This modern Architectural studio have a head-count of between 5-10 staff. They have a professional approach to managing their workload, while remaining a friendly and approachable bunch to work with.Their team is growing, they have taken on more and more work in the years they have been in operation, and no they are looking for a Project Architect to bolster the team and offer support to the wider design team.Their project work covers a variety of sectors, they have a diverse workload and plenty of exciting new schemes in the pipeline for the year ahead. This could be anything from a school or Education-building, to a small/medium-scale Residential development. They have several community-focused schemes in their portfolio and are not against the idea of further diversifying. With business in as good health as it is currently, they are more interested in finding the right person to blend with their team, rather than finding someone with very specific sector experience.We are looking for this Project architect to meet the following requirements:- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect preferred. We will consider applicants that are not fully qualified.- Location is important, we really need to hear from candidates based in North-Wales or Chester.- Job-running experience.- Good communication skills (Written, verbal, presentation).- REVIT & AutoCAD proficiency is preferred, but not essential.*Hybrid working is available here!*Further details can be discussed with Will at Conrad Consulting using the details provided.
