Project And Systems Accountant in Brighton and Hove

Description

As Project and Systems Accountant at Tillo you'll play a key role in implementing, managing and optimising the financial systems used by the business, with a particular focus on our NetSuite implementation.

This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of NetSuite, and the ability to optimise its use.

If successful, you will look after

Netsuite

• Acting as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Systems Integration

• Implementing Netsuite, managing the Tillo teams and alongside Netsuite’s implementation team 
• Conducting data migration and cleansing activities to ensure accurate and reliable data transfer to NetSuite

Financial Reporting

• Designing, developing, and maintaining financial reports within NetSuite to meet the reporting requirements of various stakeholders

Process Optimisation

• Streamlining and optimising financial processes through the use of NetSuite, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices

Training and Support

• Providing training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality
• Creating documentation and conducting workshops to enhance the overall understanding of NetSuite capabilities

About you

• You're proven expert in NetSuite who is confident leading the implementation process, and supporting the wider business through it
• You have a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
• You're a natural collaborator, used to working in fast-paced teams
• You've got proven experience in delivering ongoing support and training to end-users on NetSuite functionality
