The role

will be delivered by working 4-5 days at a QinetiQ or the customer’s location.

Essential experience of the Programme Manager:

Experience leading a business, projects, programmes, portfolios or P3 function; successfully delivering complex programmes.

Experience leading programmes to numerous customers.

Proven track record in delivering complex engineering projects, dealing with demanding timescales, uncertainty and risk.

Able to manage multiple stakeholders, PMs and subcontractors simultaneously.

Being able to establish the vision and direction for the programme to influence and align others towards this common purpose and empower and inspire people to achieve success.

Change Management experience being able to develop and enact a structured approach to organisational change in support of QinetiQ’s vision, enrolling the impacted people to embrace the changes required to deliver the desired benefits.

Qualifications of the Programme Manager:

APM Qualfied, or a similar professional accreditation.

Demonstrable capability to International Project Management Association Level A.
