We are seeking to recruit an experienced programme manager to lead our existing team and further develop our well established and high-quality service in Glasgow.
The William Hunter House Supported Accommodation Service provides housing support, Independent Living/lifestyle support and advice, Recovery focussed activities and information. We empower our clients to maintain their accommodation and recovery focus along with support in their engagement within the local community.
The Programme Manager will ensure the programme contributes to the overall service by achieving both internal and external and contractual Key Performance Indicators. Work with the Service manager and support staff to ensure services are high quality and cost effective. You will ensure the programme you coordinate maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service delivery. Support the operation of the contract in terms of performance management and develop and enhance the strategic and operational relationship with key stakeholders.
The role of Programme Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients with responsibility for programme vision and direction. You will champion excellence in terms of high-quality cost-effective client centred service delivery.
The successful candidate will be in sympathy with the doctrines of, and be supportive of, the purposes and the aims and objectives of The Salvation Army.
