Apply NowThe Programmatic Manager is responsible for all aspects of Programmatic campaign implementation, working with the support of and to support the work of a Programmatic Director.
You will also be responsible for account management with other stakeholders such as planners and the client, so must be able to identify new opportunities or potential weaknesses/limitations of strategies and communicate this effectively. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience with the major demand side platforms, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and preferably online trafficking experience.
The programmatic practice at Zenith sits within our specialist digital services division called Performics & is supported by Publicis Media Exchange (PMX). It is the practise that drives media trading and activation through data and technology. Sitting within the Zenith brand, we focus on implementational planning, negotiation & executional excellence, which forms the bedrock of our business. Developing media plans that not only bring energy, but also deliver the results that you expect from the ROI agency, that together deliver client value and business transformation.
Responsibilities:
The Work
· Support Programmatic Director to deliver outstanding work every time
· Be go-to person for day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery
· Ensure you and Execs deliver operational excellence
· Look for proactive opportunities to communicate this effectively with the wider team
· Understand and effectively communicate Zenith’s programmatic value proposition
· Oversee /work with agency stakeholders to manage, implement and deliver wider client projects
· Showcase campaign performance across leading DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk & Amazon and provide in depth analysis of results
The Clients
· Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients
· Deliver and set example to Execs of immaculate client service
· Be proactive in day-to-day client management
· Understand client’s business and identify opportunities
· Bring innovation to your programmatic media plans & roadmaps across the emerging solutions in market (cookieless, retail media data, SVOD platforms).
· Monthly client meetings
The Commercial
· Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities
· Ensure absolute financial accuracy and PO management
The Team
· Manage 2+ Execs
· Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best
· Share best practice across the team
· Set clear progression plans for your report(s)
· Embrace and drive positive culture within your team
· Build positive relationships with partners, suppliers and teams internally
The Agency
· Volunteer for extra-curricular agency initiatives
· Share and showcase teams best work across department
· Build strong and effective relationships with all PM practices
· Build strong relationships with your peers, sharing knowledge and experience
· Be an agency advocate – get involved in industry events and training
· Build positive relationships with partners
QualificationsWe are looking for an ambitious, proactive and curious programmatic practitioner. You will be highly organised, able to work independently on projects where needed but also enjoys working within a team that has a strong, collaborative working ethos. Having experience of working within multiple DSP’s will have allowed you to build out an extensive knowledge of the programmatic landscape, allowing you to deliver the best quality of work and results for our clients. Their business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team.
