About the role

As a key player within our Professional Services International function, your mission is to establish and elevate a dedicated PMO function. You'll oversee operations across seven offices, managing complex projects in over 100 countries and multiple languages. Your role includes developing methodologies, optimizing resource planning, and reporting project performance to Finance and Benify teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Professional Services and Transformation, you will:

  • Lead the PMO function, ensuring consistent application of practices, standards, governance, and templates.
  • Develop and manage methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery artifacts.
  • Oversee resource management across Agile Delivery Squads, ensuring efficient budget and resource allocation for global projects.
  • Optimize resource utilization.
  • Streamline processes to enhance team communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, bridging communication between project teams, stakeholders, and executive management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Coach Squad Leads in resource management.
  • Forecast capacity and demand, attend deal Gyms, and monitor the project pipeline.
  • Report on project spend, progress, and status within Benify.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting to calculate ARR and Implementation recognition.
Who we're looking for

We're seeking a seasoned project management professional with over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a global organization. You have a proven track record in resource allocation and managing large-scale, complex projects. Your expertise in change management and excellent communication skills will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you should bring:

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (Planview AdaptiveWork, JIRA, Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Advanced communication skills for interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and business environments.
