Production Operatives£11.44 - £11.94 per hourMonday to Friday - Weekly rotating shiftsWorking on behalf of a very successful manufacturing customer, Search are seeking Production Operatives for long-term positions with a view to permanent contracts for top performers.The Benefits:Regular, ongoing shifts Monday to Friday (overtime available also)Paid BreaksFree car parkingPotential for Permanent EmploymentAttendance Bonus of 50p per hour (if all shifts attended on time each week)Potential for upskillingThe job:You will work as part of the manufacturing team to produce high quality plastic packaging products. Rotating between areas your duties will include:Manual handling of large, bulky productsLifting & stackingAssembly of componentsDeburringQuality CheckingThe Shift Pattern:Regular Monday to Friday weekly rotating between the following shifts06:00- 14:00 14:00- 22:00 22:00- 06:00Overtime available in line with business demand and paid at time and a half for weekday and Saturday.
