Proactive Personnel are working with a large manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port, to recruit an experienced Production Operative for a permanent position within a friendly team.Hours and Pay: * 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights * 12 hour shifts * £13.30 per hour with opportunity to earn more * Temp to perm * Immediate start, following successful interviewThe successful candidate will: * Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (preferred) * Have strong experience operating heavy machinery within a fast paced environment * Be reliable and hardworking, and driven to hit KPIs as a team * Be competent within a heavy manufacturing environment * Work well as part of a team
