The Role

The Modu Product Delivery Lead combines the classic Product Owner and Agile Business Analyst roles, a hands-on role working closely with the development team. The Modu Product Delivery Lead will be pivotal in aligning the client's vision with the project road map acting as the primary intermediary between the client stakeholders and our development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the client to prioritise work per sprint into a logical delivery order
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, demos and retros
• Collaboratively define epics, themes and stories
• Constantly refine, groom and manage the backlog
• Define and agree on precise Acceptance Criteria
• Define the happy and sad paths
• Ensure story kick-off/three amigos
• Build supporting documentation such as User Story Maps
• Work with the product team to define and run experiments
• Help make experimental vs tactical vs strategic decisions about product features
• Ensure all features meet the definition of valuable, usable, feasible, and viable

About You

• Proven experience as a BA/PO with extensive client-side experience
• Able to articulate and evidence a growth mindset and practices teamed with resilience
• Recent experience taking ownership of cross-functional teams and coordinating with on and offshore functions
• You’re analytically minded, make decisions based on data and can use data to make informed decisions with key stakeholders.
• You can distil and translate complex technical information to help C-Suite and key decision-makers make reasoned choices.
• Always seeking a sustainable pace and to maximise work not done
• Significant experience in product life cycles and working in adaptive delivery environments.
• A keen contributor to company culture and shaping the future of business/projects

People & Talent Support

• Collaborating with the Talent team on the interview, selection and ramp up of consultants onto engagements
• Contribute to the continual development of the interview and assessment process for Modu Ways employees and consultants, ensuring that we maintain the quality bar

Sales and Marketing Support

• Developing and delivery of thought leadership content and presentations, as well as contributing to client case studies
• Support Sales and Pre-Sales activities through networking, meeting with potential prospects, understanding the problems they have, contribute to formulating the help they need and support in the creation of an engagement proposal.
