The Product Marketing Team is integral to our business success, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand our customers and markets. This role focuses on positioning our products and solutions to support both Product and Marketing operations. We are seeking a commercially-minded, strategic, creative, and influential Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The mission is to deliver the right solution to the right audience using the right message. Acting as the bridge between Product and Marketing, you will manage market requirements, competitors, and analysts, while championing the Voice of the Customer.
Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Strategy: Own the product marketing strategy for one or more products in the portfolio.
-Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to create and maintain high-level critical requirements for your product.
- Vision and Evangelism: Contribute to defining and promoting the product vision, capability, and value, both internally and externally.
- Domain Expertise: Develop an understanding of the domains where the product applies.
- Voice of Customer: Engage with customers and their representatives within the business, owning the Voice of Customer and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for your product.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for your product.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team of Product Marketing Executives, managing their performance and development.
Skills and Experience
- Good understanding of Product Marketing in the software industry, including its scope, applications, and value.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role within B2B software products and services.
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver tangible outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn and understand multiple functional areas of business, including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and lay out well-structured, data-informed arguments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated team leadership or management experience.
-Desirable:
- Experience working in a regulated industry or environment.
- Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management (EHS/Occupational H&S, sustainability/ESG).
