The Opportunity:
We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join a newly formed team dedicated to integrating our Practice Management System (PMS) with a custom platform.
You'll play a vital role in shaping the future of this platform and building innovative solutions that elevate veterinary care.
Responsibilities
Strategic Direction:
- Articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives for maximum impact.
- Provide insights to stakeholders on product health and market trends.
Product Management:
- Manage product profitability and commercial success, owning the business case.
- Craft high-level product requirements (user stories, epics).
- Plan and execute successful product launches.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, incorporating customer feedback and addressing issues.
Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships across various teams (engineering, marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure a unified product vision.
- Participate in daily product meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and optimize the customer experience based on data insights.
Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new technologies and best practices that enhance product effectiveness.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience crafting and shipping intuitive digital experiences with a proven track record of product impact.
- Proven ability to drive the plan and execution of successful products.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and customer empathy.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
- Data analysis expertise (CLTV, product analytics, A/B testing, etc.).
Bonus Points:
- Experience in Service Management solutions.
- Proven success in influencing stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
