Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with senior management to shape the product strategy within your domain, articulating the strategic rationale behind roadmap items.
  • Roadmap Development: Clearly communicate the strategic rationale behind roadmap initiatives and actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
  • Goals and Alignment: Establish OKRs and metrics in collaboration with the Principal Product Manager and drive alignment within your team.
  • Problem Space Exploration: Collaborate within the Product team to define the problem space of your domain and leverage product discovery frameworks.
  • Design and Research Collaboration: Work closely with Designers and Researchers to refine customer insights and generate valuable features.
  • Prioritization: Make informed decisions about small changes or features, considering potential impact and effort.
  • Scoping and Trade-offs: Skilfully define the scope for mid-sized features, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of logical trade-offs between metrics, and exhibiting sound judgment when streamlining initial release scope into iterative phases.
  • GTM Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with Product Marketing on comprehensive launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for product changes, ensuring a holistic user experience beyond your immediate domain of focus.
  • User and Data Focus: Understand user needs within your domain, leverage data insights, and set success metrics.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market conditions and conduct research to inform feature adjustments.
  • Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders.
  • Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively finding ways to overcome obstacles.
