This role is critical in driving rapid growth and retention through a product-first approach and will work closely with the Go-to-Market functions and broader product team to implement this vision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for product activation and onboarding, focusing on reducing time to value, supercharging launches, and empowering upsell opportunities.

  • Enhance user onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring a seamless customer journey right from the start of their engagement.
  • Leverage data to define what success looks like to prioritise activation and engagement tactics accordingly.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of growth objectives.
  • Drive user understanding and education, placing a strong emphasis on customer-centricity.
  • Implement and oversee key OKRs related to lead generation, customer understanding and product adoption.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on product-led growth in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience within Cybersecurity is a bonus!
  • Proven track record of successful customer activation initiatives and experiments, particularly within a SaaS product context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in user onboarding, adoption, and education strategies.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and SaaS product dynamics.
  • Innovative and creative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks.
