THE ROLE: PRIVATE CLIENT SOLCITOR/LAWYERLOCATION: ENFIELDPQE LEVELS: 2 + YRS PQEREF: N0: L4L1065Our well-established client law firm based in Enfield currently have a vacancy for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their successful Private Client Department.

Either a Private Client Lawyer (qualified Solicitor or CILEX) with 2+ years PQE would be preferable.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration and will have the ability to deal with their own caseload.

The Private Client team are dedicated to providing an outstanding service.

You will be required to carry out the client’s instructions in the most efficient and expedient way having regard to the firm’s professional and procedural standardsDuties include:-Administration of EstatesTrustsInheritance TaxAssisting with casework including dealing with a range of Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases including: Estate administration; Applying for and obtaining the grant of probate; Setting up trusts; * Settling any tax liabilities and affairs * Tax planning would be advantageous * Dealing with correspondence * Maintaining accurate time costing proceduresKey Skills Required * Committed team player and adapt well to new challenges * Professional with a pro-active approach; excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner * Excellent analytical and organizational skills * Ability to use own initiative and sound judgement * Excellent IT Skills -familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skillsSTEP qualification preferable but not essentialHours: 9-5.

30pm Mon-Friday with hour lunchStart Date: ASAPHolidays: Standard plus extra days/bank holidays.

Salary: INRO : £45-50kpa dep on exp*Legals 4 Lawyers will try and respond to all applications for the role within 72hours.
