Job Title: Private Client Legal Secretary Salary: £24,000 - £26,000Location: MargateAn excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm based in East Kent. We are seeking a highly motivated and career driven Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly reputable team while being given the framework to develop your own career.Duties include:Providing full secretarial support to one fee earner Diary management Onboarding new clients and carrying out KYC checks Preparing letters and emails Digital dictation Billing Initial drafting of basic wills and LPAs Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately filed in the case management systemThe successful candidate will have:Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Private Client practice Basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPackage:£24,000 - £26,000 25 days annual leave Excellent pension scheme Legal Services benefits Flexible working If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
